My current research is to explore the relationship between the pay and performance in enterprise levels in China. I am working under the supervision of Ms Sue Fernie in LSE.
My other interests include changes of HRM strategies and employment relations in China, and I am also very interested in the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
